Epiphany
About the image...
The original image was taken on a beach along the Great Ocean Road in Victoria.
Just as one can become lost in reflective thought whilst contemplating the light and colours streaming through a stained glass window, I too find myself shifting into a different place of consciousness when I contemplate images such as this...
The mystical figure seated in the centre of the image continues to appear in many of the images I create from similar photographs, and as I worked on this particular piece I suddenly realised how deeply I still treasure the moments when I become consciously aware that I am still following my own ever-continuing spiritual journey.
